A Tremware customer communication management (CCM) software solution typically involves users (employees, agents or brokers) logging into a Tremware hosted, customer branded portal, selecting a CCM template and starting the CCM creation process. Templates can be single or multipage brand compliant documents pre-defined with common content. Such templates in the Financial Services industry include Enrolment Guides, Transition Guides, Fund Selection summaries, and individual wealth management proposals.
Upon template selection, Tremware’s intelligent communication engine (ICE) uses your organization’s pre-configured business rules to match customer data with appropriate fund data, graphs, reports, copy, and images as well as all necessary forms.
